FLY HIGH

  1. Watch our Safety Video before start playing any games in Oxyzone to become familiar with our rules and regulations

  2. Oxyzone has staff that is present all time monitoring different play areas to ensure safety of our customers. However, there are always risks involved when playing any sports. Oxyzone cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur due to carelessness or negligence from the visitors or players. 

  3. All players who is entering Oxyzone must sign in the waiver form before start playing the games

  4. All Oxyzone equipment was designed, manufactured, and constructed to provide maximum safety for our jumpers.

  5. Our Foam Pit contains soft foam over a trampoline floor. Court monitors are present at all times to ensure that jumpers follow our safety rules. Diving headfirst into the Foam Pit is strictly prohibited. Plan your landings.

  6. We are committed to the safety of our guests and to make sure that our park is safe, we hold routine meetings with our team members to review best safety practices and procedures to ensure each of our guests has an enjoyable experience.

  7. Children (under 12 can use the facility only when accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 yrs.) 

  8. 2 accompanying adult per child may enter the facility free of charge. There will be an extra charge for each additional adult.

  9. Ensure appropriate wrist bands are worn all time

  10. No Shoes or going barefoot in the play areas are not allowed. Socks must be work at all times by players. You can bring your own socks or purchase them at reception desk

  11. No drinks or Food is allowed inside the play area. 

  12. Sharp objects like jewelry, keys, pens, coins or something similar should be stored in locker before entering the play area.

  13. Oxyzone is not responsible for any lost or stolen or damaged personal objects.

  14. Oxyzone is smoke free zone and so smoking is strictly prohibited inside the park 

  15. This is a family-friendly park. Failure to comply with the Park Rules and/or Code of Conduct could result in removal and/or banishment from the park.

  16. This park is monitored by video surveillance for the safety and security of all guests and employees. Failure to comply with the Park Rules and/or Code of Conduct could result in removal and/or banishment from the park.

JUZ BOUNCE

  1. The Staff that work at JUZ BOUNCE as supervisor, are trained to ensure that everyone has fun in a safe environment. They are there to make sure that the rules are adhered to on the arena and that all activity areas are monitored for safe use.If an action is considered extremely dangerous then the arena supervisors reserve the right to ask someone to leave with immediate effect. Our supervisors’ decisions are final! Always watch out for other players and play within your abilities and follow the rules!

  3. NO belt buckles or studs on clothing

  4. Maximum weight for playing in the Juz Bounce is 90kg and minimum height needed to play in the inflatable is 105cm

  5. Socks MUST be worn at ALL TIMES - No bare feet or No Shoes

  6. DO NOT Jump, Dive or Rough Play on Ball Pool

  7. NO climbing on the walls between activities or around the outside of the arena

  8. NO leaning or climbing on netting

  9. DO  NOT jump off the climbing wall, only slide down using slide.

  10. NO sitting or lying on the inflatables

  11. DO NOT participate if you are suffering from any injuries

  12. In the event that any inflatable section starts to deflate, please exit the arena quickly and calmly using the nearest exit and inform a member or staff

  13. Always slide whilst seated, feet in front of you, DO NOT slide down head first.

  14. Only one person to go down at a time on the drop slides.

  15. Ensure that the slide exit is clear before starting your slide.

  16. We would also suggest that all participants wear long sleeved tops and long trousers to avoid minor friction burns which can occur when playing on inflatables.

  17. Consult with supervisor for each games rules if you have questions

  18. There is maximum capacity for each game and so obey the instructions from supervisor.

KIDS KLUB

  1. Pay and get your wrist band before start playing. Payment will be collected in the main play area reception

  2. Height restriction are in force for safety of all children. Kids above 130cm height are not allowed in Kids Klub play area and are recommended to use main Oxyzone Play Area.

  3. All kids and parent who wants to enter the play area need to  wear socks all the time

  4. Food or Drinks are not allowed inside play area and drinking water can be used only in the waiting area of Kids Klub. Please help us in maintaining the play area clean and hygienic.(FOODS or DRINKS STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED IN THE PLAY AREA ZONE)

  5. All kids entering play area must wear diaper if not potty trained

  8. Adult supervision is mandatory. Parent of kids playing in Kids Klub play area must be present all time in the waiting area

  9. Wrist band must be worn all time when kids are playing in the play area

  10. Sharp objects like jewellery, keys, pens, coins or something similar should be stored in locker before entering the play area.

  11. Oxyzone is not responsible for any lost or stolen or damaged personal objects.

  12. Kids or parents or care takers who are unwell must not use the play area

  13. This is a family-friedly park. Failure to comply with the Park Rules and /or Code of Conduct could result in removal and/or banished from the park.

  14. This park is monitored by video surveillance for the safety and security of all guests and employees. Failure to comply with the Park Rules and/or Code of Conducct could result in removal and/or banishment from the park.
